The LIRAS Group continues its growth trajectory with a new facility dedicated to advanced machining and the introduction of the FPT DINOX 350 IAT CNC milling machine.

The new machine, featuring working strokes of 3,500 mm on the X-axis, 4,500 mm on the Y-axis, and 1,800 mm on the Z-axis, enables the machining of large technical components, models, molds, and tooling, even those with intricate geometries and complex surfaces.

The moving gantry configuration, automatic tool changer, and dedicated clamping systems enable high-precision multi-axis machining, reducing the number of repositioning operations and improving process continuity.

Integration with the Tebis CAD/CAM system supports programming, pre-machining simulation, and the detection of potential interferences before the machine is started. This allows for the optimization of production cycles and increased reliability even in the most complex projects.

This new investment further strengthens the LIRAS Group’s in-house supply chain and expands its ability to support customers from technical development through to the production of the finished component.
