Technologies and processes
From thermoforming polycarbonate and PMMA to autoclave lamination, and from CNC machining and laser cutting to final optical testing, every stage of the production cycle is managed in-house at our facility in Schio (Italy). The result is a fully integrated process with end-to-end traceability.
Quality control and testing
Before delivery, every component undergoes optical and visual inspection, dimensional inspection and final testing. Process parameters, material batches and inspection results are recorded and fully traceable for each order.
