Windshields, rear windows, side windows, canopies, wind deflectors and light covers are developed from a drawing, sample or existing part to be replicated. Weight reduction, controlled optical quality and the ability to handle low-volume production or one-off components are standard requirements in this sector.

TECHNOLOGIES
From design to finished component: an integrated, controlled process
Thermoforming, heat bending, CNC machining, laser cutting, perimeter screen printing and functional treatments - including hard coating, anti-fog treatment, lamination and integrated micro-wire heating - are selected according to project requirements. Every component undergoes optical and visual inspection and final testing before delivery.
