LIRAS Optical manufactures transparent polycarbonate and PMMA components for road vehicles, supercars, hypercars and limited-production models. Each solution is developed from a drawing, sample or technical specification, with a focus on optical quality, lightweight design and seamless integration into the vehicle.

Automotive applications require components developed in line with bodywork constraints, assembly tolerances and OEM specifications. LIRAS Optical supports OEM and Tier 1 projects for limited-production models, as well as sampling and prototype development for new applications.

From design to finished component: an integrated, controlled process

Thermoforming, heat bending, CNC machining, laser cutting, perimeter screen printing and functional treatments - including hard coating, anti-fog treatment, lamination and integrated micro-wire heating - are selected according to project requirements. Every component undergoes optical and visual inspection and final testing before delivery.
